For app questions, setup help, billing-access issues, privacy requests, moderation reports, or data deletion help, email [email protected].
Include the device type, app version, relay URL, and a short description of the issue. Do not send Telethryve tokens, admin secrets, passwords, or other private credentials by email.
In-App Safety Controls
- Report Last sends a moderation report for the most recent message.
- Block stops the active chat locally until the user unblocks it.
- Delete Telethryve Data removes the active relay token and related relay data.
Setup Help
For setup issues, use the first-run and install guides from the
Telethryve site, then verify the relay URL, token, and bridge
environment values. The production relay URL for the iOS app is
https://telethryve.com/computer.
Reports And Abuse
Use the in-app Report Last action for message-level reports. For production service issues, billing access problems, or abuse that cannot be reported in-app, email the support contact above.
