Include the device type, app version, relay URL, and a short description of the issue. Do not send Telethryve tokens, admin secrets, passwords, or other private credentials by email.

In-App Safety Controls

Setup Help

For setup issues, use the first-run and install guides from the Telethryve site, then verify the relay URL, token, and bridge environment values. The production relay URL for the iOS app is https://telethryve.com/computer.

Reports And Abuse

Use the in-app Report Last action for message-level reports. For production service issues, billing access problems, or abuse that cannot be reported in-app, email the support contact above.
