Use a Mac with Apple silicon M4 or better and at least 16 GiB of unified memory, such as a Mac mini with M4 and 16 GB unified memory. Install Ollama and a supported model, with enough free storage for the model downloads. Larger models and concurrent workloads may require more memory. This minimum applies to running AI locally.
Yes, for compatible tasks after the local runtime and model are installed. Offline work can use local files and supported local tools. Web research, hosted models, and remote phone access need network connectivity.
Yes. Work runs on your computer. For remote access it must remain awake, connected, and running Telethryve in an active user session.
App control depends on the operating system, supported tools, permissions, and the accounts you configure. Start with a small task and verify the result before relying on a workflow.
A local model can run on your computer. Hosted AI requests go to the provider you select. Phone messages and attachments pass through the configured relay or Telegram. Read the privacy policy for data handling and deletion.
