Desktop purchase
Telethryve Desktop is a $19.99 one-time purchase for permanent Desktop use, with free updates. Keep the purchase token private; it is used to verify access to downloads and purchase-related services. Check the amount shown in Stripe before paying.
Optional services
Native mobile access is separate from the Desktop purchase. Confirm current availability and access terms before buying for a mobile workflow. Hosted AI provider accounts, API usage, and optional plug-ins have their own charges and terms. These are not included in the Desktop price.
Purchase records and help
Stripe manages website payment records and applicable refund workflows. Visit billing help for access using the existing receipt-verification process. If you cannot access a receipt or download, email [email protected]. Never include private tokens or passwords in an email.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic. Unless a written launch offer, order form, or applicable law says otherwise, completed one-time purchases are non-refundable.
Before purchasing
Review compatibility and setup requirements and the customer terms. Telethryve is configurable software; integrations can require accounts, permissions, or environment-specific setup.
