For camera pairing, detection, recording, session, alert, privacy, or vehicle-display questions, email [email protected].

What To Include

• Device model, operating-system version, and AxleVision app version.
• Whether the source is the phone camera or a paired network camera.
• A short description of the issue and the action that preceded it.

Do not email camera passwords, private stream URLs, license plates, or unredacted recordings.

Vehicle Display Availability

The CarPlay interface remains subject to Apple's managed entitlement approval. Until an entitled build is available, pairing an iPhone with a vehicle will not display an AxleVision CarPlay icon. AxleVision does not take over an OEM display or access factory cameras or vehicle CAN data.

Safety

AxleVision detections are advisory and are not a substitute for mirrors, direct observation, or vehicle safety systems. Configure cameras and detailed settings while parked.
