## Telethryve User Agreement

By accessing, extracting, installing, copying, modifying, running, or
otherwise using this Telethryve source distribution, you agree to this User
Agreement and the accompanying [LICENSE](LICENSE).

### 1. Authorized Use Only

This source distribution is provided only for your own licensed internal use of
Telethryve. It is provided in source form so Telethryve can inspect and modify
its own code during local operation.

### 2. No Copying Or Distribution Beyond Licensed Internal Use

You may keep only the local copies reasonably necessary to install, run, back
up, and internally maintain Telethryve. You may not, and will not:

- upload or mirror this source code to any public or private Git hosting
  service, repository, package registry, sync service, or file-sharing system
  for third-party access;
- share, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, lend, transfer, or disclose this
  source code or any modified version of it to any third party; or
- publish any substantial portion of the source code online or otherwise make
  it available outside your licensed internal environment.

Cloning, mirroring, or redistributing the Software outside the limited internal
copies needed for your own licensed use violates this Agreement and the
Licensor's copyright.

### 3. Ownership

The Software remains the property of the Licensor and its licensors. Your use
of the Software does not transfer any ownership rights.

### 4. Termination

If you breach this Agreement or the [LICENSE](LICENSE), your rights to use the
Software terminate immediately.

### 5. Third-Party Components

Some bundled components may carry their own notices or license files. Those
separate terms continue to apply to the applicable third-party component.

### 6. Acceptance During Setup

The setup scripts may ask you to type `I AGREE` before first use and record
that acceptance locally in `.telethryve/user-agreement.accepted`. That local
record is for operational confirmation only; your use of the Software
constitutes acceptance whether or not that file exists.
