# Telethryve Customer Terms

These terms cover customer use of Telethryve as a product. They sit alongside
the source-use restrictions in [USER_AGREEMENT.md](USER_AGREEMENT.md).

### 1. Builder-First Product

Telethryve is a configurable product that can route work across local tools,
profiles, skills, and optional third-party services. It is designed to be
adapted to the target machine and environment.

### 2. Environment-Specific Workflows

Skills, tools, and machine-local automations are not guaranteed to work out of
the box on every host. Some workflows need local credentials, permissions,
device setup, browser sessions, phone routing, or environment-specific changes
before they are reliable.

Phone, email, and local-desktop workflows should only be promised, enabled, or
sold when they have been configured and validated for the target environment.

### 3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

- reviewing important outputs before acting on them;
- configuring and testing the workflows they intend to rely on;
- complying with privacy, telecom, consumer-protection, and workplace rules
  that apply to their use case;
- protecting the machine, tokens, credentials, and connected services used by
  the runtime;
- using higher-trust profiles only when they intentionally want that behavior.

### 4. Third-Party Services

Telethryve may rely on Telegram, Stripe, Codex backends, SMTP providers, phone
providers, speech tools, and other connected systems. Those services remain
subject to their own terms, pricing, and operational limits.

### 5. Billing

Billing, payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation are handled
through Stripe. See [BILLING.md](BILLING.md).

### 6. Support

The default support model is self-serve and is described in
[SUPPORT.md](SUPPORT.md). Access to Codex, Claude Code, or other third-party
tools used for setup or troubleshooting is separate from a Telethryve purchase
unless explicitly included in writing.

### 7. Product Boundary

Telethryve can create, edit, route, and package work, but the customer remains
responsible for confirming that a workflow is suitable for their environment
before relying on it for business, legal, financial, medical, or safety
critical decisions.

### 8. Availability And Warranty

Telethryve is provided on an as-configured basis. Local tools, connected
services, and environment-specific workflows can fail, drift, or need updates.
Except where a separate written agreement says otherwise, Telethryve is
provided without a guarantee that every workflow will be available or require
no customization on every machine.
